This Privacy Policy describes how Wixel Games ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use Wisdom Sharing (also referred to as "Wisdom Dashboard," "the App," or "Service"), a content management platform that helps creators and teams plan, review, and publish video content to social media platforms including TikTok and YouTube. Wisdom Sharing is the name registered with the TikTok Developer Platform for our TikTok integration. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: Email address and display name, provided during account creation by an administrator.
• Authentication Data: Encrypted passwords and session tokens used to authenticate your identity.
• Connected Platform Data: When you connect a third-party account (TikTok, YouTube, Google Drive), we collect and store your platform user ID (open ID), display name, and OAuth access/refresh tokens.
• Content Data: Video content metadata, titles, descriptions, scheduling information, and publishing status that you create or manage through the Service.
• Usage Data: We may collect basic usage information such as login timestamps and actions performed within the Service for operational and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To authenticate you and provide access to the Service.
• To publish content to your connected social media accounts when you explicitly initiate a publish action.
• To display your connected account information within the dashboard for management purposes.
• To manage content planning, review workflows, and publishing schedules.
• To communicate with you regarding your account or changes to the Service.

3. Third-Party Platform Integration

Wisdom Sharing integrates with the following third-party platforms via their official APIs:

• TikTok (Wisdom Sharing): Our TikTok integration is registered with the TikTok Developer Platform under the app name Wisdom Sharing. We use the TikTok API to retrieve your display name and open ID (user.info.basic), upload videos (video.upload), and publish videos to your profile (video.publish). Content is only published when you explicitly click the publish button inside Wisdom Sharing. Nothing is published automatically.
• YouTube: We use the YouTube Data API to upload and publish videos to your YouTube channel on your behalf.
• Google Drive: We access your Google Drive to retrieve video files from designated folders for content management.

When you connect a third-party account, we securely store OAuth refresh tokens in our database to maintain your connection. These tokens are used solely to perform actions you initiate. We do not access your accounts for any purpose beyond what is described here.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL database provider with enterprise-grade security. We implement the following security measures:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• OAuth tokens are stored in the database with Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data.
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
• Access to the Service is restricted to authorized users with administrator-created accounts.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data is only shared with third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube) when you explicitly initiate a publishing action. We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Content metadata and publishing history are retained for operational purposes. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Disconnect Accounts: You can disconnect any connected third-party account at any time from the Settings page. This immediately removes stored OAuth tokens for that platform.
• Access Your Data: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us.
• Delete Your Data: You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by contacting us at the email below.
• Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and requesting account deletion.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify affected users through the Service or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
