Wisdom Sharing (Wisdom Dashboard) — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wisdom Sharing (also referred to as "Wisdom Dashboard," "the App," or "Service"), a content management platform operated by Wixel Games ("we," "us," or "our"). Wisdom Sharing is the name registered with the TikTok Developer Platform for our TikTok integration. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Wisdom Sharing (Wisdom Dashboard) is a content management platform designed for content creators and their teams. The App enables users to plan, review, approve, and publish educational philosophy video content to third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok and YouTube.

Access to the App requires an account. Accounts may be created through registration or by invitation from an existing user.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. Accounts are created by administrators and assigned to authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at wixelgames@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Publish content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains hate speech, harassment, or sexually explicit material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected third-party platforms.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using the Service to publish content to third-party platforms, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit and distribute that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the publishing action you initiated.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content published through the Service complies with the terms of service and community guidelines of the destination platforms (e.g., TikTok Community Guidelines, YouTube Terms of Service).

5. Third-Party Platform Integration

Wisdom Sharing integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok and YouTube via their official APIs. Our TikTok integration is registered with the TikTok Developer Platform under the app name Wisdom Sharing. When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Wisdom Sharing to act on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you grant (e.g., uploading and publishing videos). You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the account from the Settings page.

We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or policy updates made by third-party platforms that may affect the functionality of the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify affected users through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
